Explanation
of Fees Listed Above:
Agency
Fees:
$5000.00 – Egg Donation & Surrogacy Center Administrative Fee,
($1,250.00 to be paid upon signing our retainer agreement, $1250 to be
paid prior to donor testing, $2500 to be paid prior to donor starting
medication).
Donor
Compensation:
Our donors are allowed to set their own donor compensation request and
we have no financial incentive or benefit from the donor being compensated
more or less. Donor Fees range between $4,000.00 - $10,000.00 depending
on the donor. According to the American Society for Reproductive Center’s
recommendations, donors should receive less than $10000.
Insurance Fees:
$400.00 - Brown & Brown (Medical Insurance Policy) This is a required
medical insurance policy provided in the event that complications arise
in the donor as a result of this procedure. This fee will not be incurred
if your clinic already purchases this insurance for your donor.
Legal Fees:
$300.00 - for the donor to have legal counsel to review contracts with
her.
If you want us to set you up with an infertility attorney to prepare,
modify, and review the legal contracts with you we can do this for you
or you may select the attorney of your choosing. If you want us to handle
this, the typical fees range from $750 to $1000 (however some attorney’s
charge more or less this is simply an estimate). You may choose your own
attorney, but the attorney if preferred but you must be legally represented.
Travel
Expenses (If donor is out of state) - We estimate between $1500.00-
$3,000.00 for travel expenses. The donor’s travel is based on your
doctor’s protocol. The typical travel routine is for the donor to
travel twice. The first visit is usually a one-day turn around trip for
the medical screening. The second trip the donor, plus one companion,
is usually required to stay 5-10 days based on your clinics protocol.
Monitoring Expenses (If donor is out of state) - Monitoring
costs are estimated to be $3,000.00 but may be higher or lower depending
on your clinic’s protocol and the amount of times the donor is required
to visit her local clinic . (To be paid directly to the monitoring facility)
Psychological
Screening Expense – If your clinic doesn’t set up
for a psychologist to screen the donor, we can do this for you. The average
cost of a psychological report is $450-$500.
Is anything not included in these fees?
The only
thing not included is whatever your clinic is charging you for the medical
portion of the donation including medications. Your clinic should be able
to provide to you an outline of these expenses.
